Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • dressing:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add beef strips, toss to coat, and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  2. While beef is marinating, prepare the dressing by whisking together all ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add beef strips and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.

  4. In a large serving bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and chopped scallions. Top with cooked beef strips and sesame seeds. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
