
How To Make Korean Beef Bulgogi Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Add the beef slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated beef slices onto the soaked bamboo skewers.

Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are cooked to your desired doneness.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
