How To Make Beef Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz of thin rice noodles
- 1 lb of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup of cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup of peanuts, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cooked beef, red bell pepper, shredded carrots, cucumber, and fresh cilantro. Toss well to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped peanuts.

Serve the beef noodle salad chilled or at room temperature.
