How To Make Sausage Stuffed Jalapeño

Creamy and savory, this stuffed jalapeño is filled with pork sausage & cream cheese then baked until perfectly gooey. This’ll be a sure hit at your parties.

  • 1lbground pork sausage
  • 8ozcream cheese,softened
  • 1cupparmesan cheese,shredded
  • 1lbfresh jalapeño peppers,halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 8ozranch dressing,optional for dipping


  1. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain grease.

  2. In a bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each jalapeño half.

  4. Arrange stuffed halves into a baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

  5. Serve with Ranch dressing.
