Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie Recipe

Like all other “impossible” pies, this one is super-easy and also very cheesy. All you need are some cooked hams and a cup of your favorite cheese.

The impossible is made possible with this extra meaty and cheesy swiss pie.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ham, fully cooked
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • cup green onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Grease pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle ham, cheese, onion in pie plate.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour into plate.
  6. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  7. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
