How To Make Ham, Cheese & Potato Pie

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups of cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pie crust on the bottom of a pie dish and press it into place.

In a bowl, combine the diced ham, shredded cheese, mashed potatoes, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Pour the ham and potato mixture into the pie crust.

Brush the beaten egg over the top of the pie.

Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is hot.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
