  • 1 refrigerated or homemade pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place pie crust in a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the ham and frozen green peas to the pie crust, spreading them evenly.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and green peas. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.

  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
