Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine the diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese. Spread the mixture evenly over the pie crust.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie crust.

  4. Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is set.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
