Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the sausages in a baking dish and drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, thyme, and rosemary. Make a well in the center and crack in the eggs. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking until a smooth batter forms.

Remove the sausages from the oven and pour the batter over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Return to the oven and bake for another 25 minutes until the batter is puffed up and golden brown.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
