Ingredients

  • 8 mini sausages
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into strips.

  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each strip of pastry.

  4. Wrap a strip of pastry around each mini sausage, overlapping slightly.

  5. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  6. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crisp.

  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
