- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 oz chorizo, sliced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the tomato slices, red onion, and basil leaves.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, whisk together the red wine vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, until heated through.
