- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ciabatta rolls, halved
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

In a bowl, combine the minced chipotle peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the sliced steak in a shallow dish and pour the chipotle marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
