  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Add the diced red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and cumin to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
