- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp of garlic butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Place 1 tbsp of garlic butter into each pocket.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it firmly onto the chicken to adhere.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
