How To Make Easy Chicken Kiev
Delicious and flavorful chicken stuffed with garlic butter and coated in crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Stuff each pocket with 2 tablespoons of the garlic butter mixture.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Dip each chicken breast into beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
