Juicy and flavorful chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Coat chicken in the sauce and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining sauce on top.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
