How To Make Vegan Margherita Pizza with Cashew Mozzarella
A classic pizza with a vegan twist featuring homemade cashew mozzarella and fresh basil.

Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup of cashews, soaked
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edge.

Scatter basil leaves evenly over sauce.

In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
