How To Make Air Fryer Rosemary Garlic Baby Potatoes
This air-fried baby potatoes dish transforms the humble potato into a garlicky and herby side dish that’s crisp on the outside, and soft on the inside!

Ingredients
- 1½lbsnew potatoes,(multi-colored), halved
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 1tspfresh rosemary,finely chopped
- ½tspkosher salt
- ½tsplemon zest
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Toss together the potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding, then work in batches, if necessary.

Cook for about 20 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving. Enjoy!
