  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 2garlic cloves,minced

  • ½tsplemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

  2. Toss together the potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding, then work in batches, if necessary.

  3. Cook for about 20 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
