  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  4. Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
