Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, dried dill, and garlic powder.

  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

  5. In a separate bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
