  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the green beans and baby red potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the coated green beans and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the green beans are tender and the potatoes are golden brown, stirring once halfway through cooking.
