How To Make Air Fryer Churros Recipe

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat, add flour and stir until dough forms.
  3. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  6. Transfer dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  7. Pipe 3-4 inch lengths onto parchment paper.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  10. Roll churros in the mixture and serve.
