How To Make Air Fryer Cheesecake Recipe
A smooth and creamy cheesecake recipe made in the air fryer. Perfectly cooked, fluffy and oh so delicious!

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 320°F.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add sour cream and mix well.

Grease a 6-inch baking dish and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the bottom.

Pour the cheesecake batter into the baking dish, smooth the top with a spatula.

Place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.

Remove from air fryer and let it cool to room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Garnish with fresh fruits or whipped cream, serve and enjoy!
