Crunchy outside and gooey inside, these air fryer chocolate chip cookies are the perfect treat for any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup of granulated sugar
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until fluffy.

  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until a dough forms.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined air fryer tray, leaving room for expansion.

  7. Air fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
