How To Make Air Fryer Breaded Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup (120g) bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing it onto the shrimp to adhere.

  4. Place the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.

  5. Lightly spray the shrimp with cooking spray.

  6. Air fry the shrimp for 5 minutes, flip them over, and air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve the air fryer breaded shrimp hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
