How To Make Recipe Name Saffron and Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 80ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp saffron threads
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat the cream and saffron threads over low heat until just simmering.

Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.

Strain the cream through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the saffron threads.

In a double boiler or heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring constantly.

Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the saffron-infused cream.

Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours.

Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form the chocolate mixture into small balls and roll into cocoa powder.
