How To Make Vegetarian Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cook fettuccine pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water, according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.

Add grated parmesan cheese to the pan and stir to melt.

Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes, until it thickens.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce.
