How To Make Vegetarian Grilled Veggie Skewers Recipe
Flavorful and colorful skewers loaded with grilled veggies and seasoned with herbs and spices.

Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers, diced into bite-size pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 red onion, diced into bite-size pieces
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers
Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Assemble skewers by threading bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto each skewer.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Brush seasoning mixture over each skewer.
