How To Make Grilled Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Mix olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Alternately thread vegetables onto skewers.

Brush skewered vegetables with olive oil mixture.

Grill skewers for 5 minutes on each side or until vegetables are slightly charred and tender.

Serve hot.
