Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Veggie Skewers Recipe

How To Make Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Veggie Skewers

Having a grilled party soon? Then these veggie skewers packed with meaty sausage and plump shrimp will do the trick in just 15 minutes.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Total: 15 minutes



  • 1lblarge shrimp,peeled and deveined
  • 14ozpork sausage,or chicken sausage, sliced
  • 2medium zucchini,sliced
  • 1red bell pepper,chopped into chunks
  • 1yellow bell pepper,chopped into chunks
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 3tbspcajun seasoning


  1. In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, bell pepper and salt and pepper. Toss with olive oil and cajun seasoning.

  2. Thread the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, and pepper onto each skewer.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill each side for 1 to 2 minutes until the shrimp is opaque and veggies are tender.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy.
