Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.

  3. Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with optional toppings if desired.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
