How To Make Sweet Potato Stackers

- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.

Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
