How To Make Pisto con huevos

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 zucchinis, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

Add the zucchini and garlic to the pan. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender.

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Make 4 wells in the vegetable mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cover the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Serve the pisto con huevos hot.
