How To Make Warm Greens & Shallots with Allspice Dressing

Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add shallots and cook until they begin to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add mixed greens to the skillet and toss until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, honey, allspice, salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over the warm greens and shallots, toss to coat evenly.
