Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add shallots and cook until they begin to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add mixed greens to the skillet and toss until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, honey, allspice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour dressing over the warm greens and shallots, toss to coat evenly.

  6. Serve immediately.
