- 2 cups sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the sweet corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper.
