Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta shapes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, red onion, black olives, and cheddar cheese.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
