How To Make Green Beans with Wholegrain Mustard

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Boil a pot of salted water and blanch the green beans for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic oil.

Stir in the wholegrain mustard, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the beans are tender-crisp.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
