How To Make Barbecued fillet of beef with mustardy soured cream sauce

Ingredients
- 4 fillet steaks (about 200g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

Brush the fillet steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking.

While the steaks are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining the sour cream, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, chives, and parsley in a bowl. Mix well.

Once the steaks are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve the fillet steaks with the mustardy soured cream sauce on the side.
