Ingredients

  • 4 fillet steaks (about 200g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush the fillet steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking.

  4. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining the sour cream, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, chives, and parsley in a bowl. Mix well.

  5. Once the steaks are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  6. Serve the fillet steaks with the mustardy soured cream sauce on the side.
