Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
