  • 8 slices of bread
  • 500g mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  2. In a large pan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Place the toasted bread on plates and spoon the garlic mushrooms on top.

  7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
