How To Make Garlic Mushrooms on Toast

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

In a large pan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the toasted bread on plates and spoon the garlic mushrooms on top.
