How To Make Open-Faced Mushroom and Swiss Sandwich
A savory combination of sautéed mushrooms, melted Swiss cheese, and herbs on toasted bread.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
Instructions

Toast bread and set aside.

In a pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until tender.

Add garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to mushrooms.

Top each toast slice with mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.

Broil in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
