  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of bread

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the mushrooms and thyme leaves to the skillet and cook until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
