How To Make Devilled Tofu Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Thread the tofu cubes onto the skewers.

Grill the tofu kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are slightly charred and crispy.
