How To Make Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat your grill or preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between them.

Grill the kebabs over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

If baking in the oven, place the kebabs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
