How To Make Cheesy oatcakes with soft cheese & grapes

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup soft cheese (such as goat cheese or cream cheese)
- 1 cup grapes, halved
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add grated cheddar cheese and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well until crumbly.

Gradually add milk while stirring until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.

Use a round cutter to cut out oatcakes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the oatcakes cool slightly, then spread a dollop of soft cheese on each one.

Top with halved grapes and serve.
