Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add the vegetable oil and mix until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the water, mixing until the mixture forms a dough.

  7. Transfer the oatcakes onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
