Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the feta cheese in a small baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle the sumac over the feta cheese.

  4. Add the grapes to the baking dish, arranging them around the cheese.

  5. Drizzle the honey over the grapes and feta cheese.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and slightly melted.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  9. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
