How To Make Scottish Oatcakes
These traditional Scottish oatcakes are a delicious and healthy option for breakfast or as a snack.

- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually stir in the melted butter and milk until a thick dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
