Ingredients
- 4 crumpets
- 4 slices of cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons of Marmite
- Butter, for spreading
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Toast the crumpets until golden brown.

Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each crumpet.

Spread a thin layer of Marmite on top of the butter.

Place a slice of cheese on top of each crumpet.

Grill the crumpets until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Cut the crumpets into soldiers and serve immediately.
