  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and tender.

  4. Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  5. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  6. Top the sauce with the roasted cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
