How To Make Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

A delicious and spicy vegan pizza with crispy cauliflower bits, buffalo sauce, and vegan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes.

  3. Brush pizza crust with buffalo sauce and top with roasted cauliflower and vegan cheese.
